B1bee started in 2023 as an Amazon seller in Europe and the UK. The tools we built to keep our own catalog, freight, reports and bookkeeping straight became the products we now offer to other sellers, 3PLs and prep centres. The same engineering now goes into websites for local businesses and into custom web apps and integrations for companies that have outgrown their spreadsheets.
Two products for Amazon sellers
One workspace for sellers running stock off-site: product catalog with landed cost and margin per marketplace, replenishments and freight, and the Amazon reports your operations team keeps asking for, pulled straight from the SP-API across 15 marketplaces.
Turns an Amazon disbursement report into a clean summary by sales, subscriptions, storage, shipments, commissions and reserves, ready to export as PDF and book in Xero or any other accounting package.
EasyReports
EasyReports started as our own report downloader and grew, together with the UK freight forwarder FreightNI, into a full operations workspace. It connects to Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads, keeps every product record in one place, and gives warehouses and sellers the same view of stock, replenishments and money.

SKU, ASIN, EAN, carton dimensions, trade price, landed cost, FBA fees and VAT together for every marketplace. Gross margin per country, computed live.
Replenishments to Amazon FBA and AWD, outbound orders, shipping quotes and custom prep jobs in one queue, with labels, tracking and Slack alerts.
The Amazon reports, unchanged and per organisation, generated on the reporting period you choose and kept in your own segregated database.

In organisation settings, authorise the app for your Amazon region through Amazon's own login, then switch on the marketplaces you sell in.

Your data stays yours. Reports are downloaded from Amazon's APIs for your organisation only, stored in segregated databases on Microsoft Azure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never aggregated across sellers. Read the privacy & security statement, the terms of service and the refund policy.
Websites for local businesses
For dental practices, solicitors, vets, physios, accountants and garages whose website is ten years old and falls apart on a phone. We build the new version from your own words, photos and Google listing, show it to you as a private concept, and only then talk about price.
Most of your new customers meet you on a phone first. If that first screen is a shrunken desktop page marked “Not secure”, with no way to call or book, they move on to the next result. A good local website is not complicated: it says who you are, what you do, where you are and how to reach you, loads fast, and works on every phone.
So we do the work up front. We read your current site and your Google listing, build a one-page concept with nothing invented, and send you a private link. You open it on your phone, tell us what to change, and if you like it we make it your real website. If not, you say so and that is the end of it.
Every fact on the page comes from your own material; anything we could not verify is marked for you to confirm. Hosting, HTTPS and the move from your old address are included.

Company
B1bee B.V. was founded in The Hague in 2023 to sell private-label products on Amazon in the EU and the UK, and to build the software a small seller needs but cannot buy off the shelf. Running our own Amazon business showed us exactly where the pain is: every feature in EasyReports and Disburse exists because we, or a partner, needed it. Today B1bee is a software company. We are winding down our own selling to focus fully on the software, and in 2026 we added a second line of work: websites for local businesses, built the same way, from what the business already has.
EasyReports is developed by B1bee and operated with FreightNI Ltd, a freight forwarder and prep centre in Northern Ireland whose warehouse runs on it every day. Disburse came out of our own quarterly bookkeeping. The same engineering, custom web apps, integrations and marketplace APIs, is what we offer other companies as a service, and what goes into every local-business website we build.
Eighteen years of building mobile and SaaS products: thirteen at Sharewire in The Hague, where he went from Android developer to CTO of Salesboard, a field-sales platform used by energy and telecom companies across Europe and beyond, with its Salesforce, Zapier and per-customer integrations built under his lead. B1bee is where the seller side and the software side meet.
